This is also especially true for the influence which this music had on the sacred compositions of his son Wolfgang Amadeus. In the Missa in A [ca.1765], in the manner of the times, Leopold Mozart blends baroque and gallant stylistic elements and through formal structure and an expressive musical language he gives the Credo a special importance.
