With the Nux NPK-10, you get an electric piano with a complete 88-key keyboard, which is equipped with high-quality hammer keys with escapement and ivory feel.

Weighted Hammer Action keys are constructed in such a way that the keys in the keyboard have weight and provide a bit of resistance when you press the keys down. Nux has taken this characteristic from acoustic pianos and grand pianos, and it is a characteristic that many piano teachers appreciate that an electric piano has. It is perfect for the budding pianist who is building up his finger technique as it makes the transition to an acoustic piano much easier.
The escapement mechanism in a grand piano moves the hammers away from the strings quickly after they strike them, preventing disturbances in the strings' vibrations. This mechanism gives a slight clicking sensation when the keys are gently pressed down and is absolutely essential to the feeling of playing a grand piano. The Nux NPK-10 is also equipped with escapement, which gives the digital piano the same feeling at the bottom of a stroke as on a grand piano.
