The activities of Ittzés (b. 1967) as performer and composer in the field of ragtime have resulted in many successful concerts both in Hungary and abroad and numerous CD recordings, and have earned him several international awards both as a composer and as a performer. The present volume, containing Teke Rag, ("Roaming Rag"), Kakadu Rag ("Cockatoo Rag"), Tom Turpin’s Rag and Ed’s Running Rag, is recommended for intermediate level pianists.
